Return and Refund Policy
Modern Finds offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To start a return, contact us first at support@shopmodernfind.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide next steps.
To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and accessories when applicable. Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or missing
required packaging may not qualify.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time
to post the refund.
Return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Please contact support@shopmodernfind.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of
the issue.
